The ladders, the cones and the caution tape all are from our people working on the project, which is one of the most prominent of the downtown Las Vegas revitalization projects currently in progress.
Renovation of the building is continuing and expected to be completed later this spring. Our work includes reroofing the building and installing the covering on the decks.

Still to come within the John E. Carson Hotel, a sushi bar Bocho from Le Thai’s Dan Coughlin, Bikram Yoga, a florist, previous resident Black Spade Tattoo, tech firm Digital Royalty, the new offices of the building’s designer Bunnyfish Sudios and the eagerly anticipated “contemporary American” restaurant Carson Kitchen from celebrity chef Kerry Simon.
The project is a beehive of activity right now as many construction trades work to implement the vision of the John E Carson as a jewel of the downtown revitalization. Cooper Roofing & Solar is proud to be a part of it!
