This marks another successful Duro-Last single-ply commercial project for Cooper. Duro-Last material was installed on the flat roof areas of the store and car wash.
A combination of flat and tapered insulation provided the slope for proper drainage. The insulation on the store was over a foot high at the highest point!
The look of the store and car wash were enhanced, and the integrity of these roofs ensured, by standing seam metal. A metal cap atop the building walls completed the job.
