Maybe not for everyone but certainly for us here at Cooper Roofing & Solar.
Many in the construction world are a little dour today. The US Census Bureau released statistics revealing a big drop in new home starts nationwide – down 16% from December to January. However, the markets we operate in actually did quite well. New single-family starts in the West were up by double digits, 10.7%, according to the same report. Many analysts attribute the decline to bad weather and the weather has been excellent in Nevada.
There’s another reason we’re optimistic. We’ve always believed in being versatile, flexible and adaptable. In addition to being the industry leader in residential roofing for years, we’ve expanded into a number of other areas and offer a wide range of products and services – solutions for many customer needs, from solar to decks to gutters to coatings to insulation and more.
Our commercial work has expanded and grown as well, with its success continuing into the new year. We’ve already begun working on several projects with many more in the pipeline!
So hang on and stay tuned as we travel through 2014.
